This Shipping & Returns Policy explains how Precision Peptides Lab handles order processing, shipping, cancellations, and order issues. By placing an order, you agree to the terms outlined below.

Shipping Information

Orders are processed and dispatched within 3–4 business days. Processing times may extend during peak periods, public holidays, or high order volumes.

Once an order has been dispatched, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information.

Precision Peptides Lab is responsible for accurate and secure dispatch of orders. Responsibility for delivery timing transfers to the shipping carrier once a parcel has been handed over for transit.

Customers are responsible for ensuring the delivery address provided at checkout is correct.

Packaging & Discretion

All orders are shipped in plain, unbranded packaging with no indication of contents. We prioritise discretion and secure packaging to protect both privacy and product integrity.

Shipping Costs

Flat rate express shipping: $14.95 AUD
Free express shipping: Orders over $200 AUD

Shipping costs are displayed at checkout before payment is confirmed.

International shipping

We offer international shipping to selected destinations.

Orders are processed and dispatched within the same timeframe as domestic orders. Once a parcel has been dispatched, transit and delivery are managed by the international shipping carrier and local postal authorities.

Customers are solely responsible for ensuring that products can be lawfully imported into their destination country. Any customs duties, taxes, import fees, inspections, or regulatory requirements are the responsibility of the recipient.

Precision Peptides Lab is not responsible for delays, customs holds, confiscation, or refusal of entry by international authorities. Orders affected by customs actions are not eligible for refunds or replacements.

Shipping Costs

Due to the specialised nature of research products and compliance requirements, we do not accept returns for change of mind or incorrect product selection. Please review your order carefully before completing your purchase.

Once an order has been dispatched, it cannot be returned unless it meets the criteria below.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

If your order arrives damaged or you receive the wrong item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery.

To assist with resolution, include:

  • Your order number

  • Clear photographs showing the issue

  • A brief description of the problem

Where a verified issue exists, we will arrange a replacement or appropriate resolution at no additional cost.

Once an order has been dispatched, it cannot be returned unless it meets the criteria below.

Cancellations

Orders may be cancelled only before dispatch.

Once an order has shipped, it cannot be cancelled, refunded, or altered.

Nothing in this policy excludes or limits rights available under Australian Consumer Law. If a product is faulty or not as described, you may be entitled to remedies in accordance with applicable law.
